  • Design of electrical lighting, power, and auxiliary systems for education, commercial, housing and healthcare buildings.
  • Licensed professional engineer or the ability of obtaining.
  • Responsible for preparing electrical, low voltage and special systems project construction documents and specifications.
  • Assisting in the preparation of project fees and budgets, and project management
  • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license

The project manager is responsible for overseeing assigned projects from design to completion and is responsible for completing his/her assigned projects within schedule and budget. Must be able to work well with company personnel, general contractors, subcontractors and overall project team members and possess above average verbal communication skills.  Previous experience in the design/build industry is a definite plus.
