The  Industrial Division was organized by the St. Louis Electrical Board in December, 1925.  In 2006, we switched not only our organization name to The Electrical Board of Missouri and Illinois, but the Industrial Division to the ECMC.  The purpose of this Council is to provide an opportunity for individuals to keep abreast of new developments and improved methods and practices in commercial/industrial maintenance work.  Authoritative talks are presented by electrical manufacturing and service organizations, which are instructive and non-competitive in nature.
