  • Proactively manages multiple electrical construction projects from winning the bid to completing the work in conjunction with the leadership team and Foremen. Develops detailed staffing schedules to ensure that all work will be done on time, inspected, and delivered to the customer as final when anticipated. You will create design/build electrical systems and provide pre-construction estimating. Using your expertise in construction electrical design/build, you will develop the electrical systems design. This might entail examining the electrical needs of a new building or TI project and designing the best way to supply it through cost-efficient engineering and safe effective design.  You will be responsible to architects, general contractors and/or construction firms who need your expertise for a variety of construction projects.

  • Experience in design/build by pulling together a preliminary design and estimate for conceptual projects from a design narrative and DD (Design Development) level drawings
  • Experience preparing the initial design and associated estimate in the bidding process and if successful transitioning the project to the Design Department
